DIARRHEA is a lack of water absorption in the colon. Fiber (Pumpkin) directly aids in forming solid stool. Fiber SLOWS DOWN digestion and the passage of waste… creating more time for the body to absorb the water it needs to form a solid stool.

CONSTIPATION on the other hand, is too much water re-absorbing into the body due to the slow passage of waste matter through the colon. The result? Dry and difficult to pass stools. Fiber (Pumpkin) keeps some of this water from being re-absorbed by the colon, giving the colon the fluids needed for those hard to pass stools.

50 – 75 Lbs. 2-3 tablespoons.
75 – 100 Lbs 3-5 tablespoons.
